Multicolor 4-panel felt Beret

Decided to make a multicolored beret using the pattern. I cut it out on two different colors of felt. Then I cut each pattern piece into 4 semi-equal pieces. Two of these 4 pieces need to be bigger for the seam allowances(discard small pieces). Cut the round pieces first so you can use the beret bottom pieces to help guide how to cut the band so the pieces line up. Join the colored pieces so you end up with the 3 main pattern pieces again and then follow the pattern as described.
